Shortlist inquiries
We collect shortlist inquiry information—including name, work email, ERP system, facility scale, and any details you choose to provide—strictly to evaluate pilot readiness and respond to your organization.
Operational compliance data
Operational compliance data submitted during demonstrations, pilots, or audits is treated as confidential. It is never sold, used to train public models, or shared with third parties.
Website telemetry
We use limited website telemetry to understand engagement, diagnose performance, and improve the ProduceAudit experience. We do not use this data to sell personal information.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and support the requested business relationship. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to confidential enterprise data.
